ABC News is reporting that a battle for the custody of the children began brewing between the children's nanny and grandmother just hours after Jackson died, according to a Jackson biographer and family friend.
ABC News states that Stacey Brown said, "Michael's mother Katherine wants the kids. But Michael always said he wants Grace, the nanny, to have them if something happened to him." Grace, is Grace Rwaramba, 42, who has worked for Jackson for many years.
But Usmagazine.com reports that the children are in the care of a nanny and their grandmother will care for them. "Ms. Jackson (Michael's mother, Katherine) will care for them and I'm sure there will be all kinds of discussions that will take place about the kids," said Brian Oxman, the Jackson family attorney, to the magazine.
Another author and journalist Diane Dimond said on The Today show that the grandmother would care for the children for now.
Michael Jackson had sole custody of all three children. Debbie Rowe is the mother of the two eldest children. Rowe and Jackson were married in 1996, but divorced after the birth their second child. Jackson's youngest son was born by a surrogate mother whose name has not been released.
Rowe could attempt to claim custody of her children. According to TMZ, Rowe never gave up her parental rights because the Department of Children and Family Services never conducted a parental fitness investigation. That's something that must be done before her rights are terminated, and Rowe never had that done.
So Rowe could technically claim rights to the children, unless a court determines it would be detrimental to the children.

are not dyed by purpose. He was down with a skin disease called vitiligo. This disease caused his skin color to start losing melanocytes(cells that give your skin color).

Hi! I am Shermaine. Based on my research, Michael Jackson turned white was because of his skin cancer- Vitiligo.

The reason for having patches on him was because of his skin disease. Vitiligo causes Vitiligo causes the the skin to loose its pigmentation resulting in white patches. There have not been a known cause for the disease but doctors and scientists suspect it the be due to the immune disorder. Michael Jackson contrated this disease before the age of 40.

His skin condition begins as most viltiligo cases do With the skin exposed to the sun. It is reported that it begins from his hand and hence he wore the glove so that is could protect his skin from being exposed to the sun and also hide the patches. Besides his hands, his feet, arms, face and lips.

Being a performer, having patches on him is not very nice so there for he went to have a plastic surgery turning himself white.

Before doing this project, I had always been thinking that he had turned white because of his influence from his father when he was young, but I was wrong. Being a performer, though he has fame and fortune, but he still suffered from a disease. Hello, I’m Marjorie. I’m going to refer the topic “Michael Jackson is innocent” and am going to prove that he is innocent.

Firstly, Los Angeles’ local news had announced his innocence on 2005 June 13th, after his two years’ trial. Later, truth had been known that Gavin (accuser) needed money to cure his cancer he was having and that was why he wanted to accuse MJ in order to get his money. His mother had been staying by Gavin’s side and later, also accused many other celebrity as well, and the reason of the accuse had always been molestation.

Secondly, during 1993 accusation, although matter had been settled out of court using money, later in the news after MJ’s death, the accuser came to admit that he was forced by his father to blankly accuse him just to get his money.

Thirdly, when many claimed that he’s a gay, he replied boldly that they are just jealous of him, and wanted so much to influence others to hate him together. When people started to ask him about cosmetic surgery, he claimed to put it in the way that if you were to ask the people in Hollywood who had gone through cosmetic surgery to go on a vacation, the town may be left with no one. When people asked about whitening of his skin, he said that he had gotten a skin disorder that he cannot control.

Lastly, during his two years’ trial, although he began his strange actions, many friends claimed that he did all those out of stress that had been caused by the innocent accuse, he still continue to go around the poor estates (e.g south Africa) to help the needy.



Hence, I strongly stand on agreement that Michael Jackson is innocent after all.

LOS ANGELES (AFP) - - Lethal levels of a powerful anesthetic killed Michael Jackson, according to court documents that placed the pop star's personal physician under mounting police scrutiny.
The documents, which shed light on one of the last remaining questions about Jackson's sudden death two months ago, raised the possibility that the death will be ruled a homicide and that criminal charges will be brought against the singer's personal physician, who was with the star the morning he died.
Cardiologist Conrad Murray has been the target of a manslaughter investigation for weeks, but the Los Angeles County Coroner's office on Monday would not confirm or deny that the death was ruled a homicide.
"We have not released the findings and the case is still under a security hold," said Ed Winter of the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
Responding to reports that the coroner had declared Jackson's death a homicide, Winter told AFP: "We have not said that."
A fatal cocktail of drugs, including the anesthetic propofol, whose trade name is Diprivan, was administered to the pop icon hours before he died, according to the documents unsealed Monday in Houston, Texas and tied to the investigation into Jackson's death on June 25 at age 50.

Chief Medical Examiner-Coroner Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran "reviewed the preliminary toxicology results and his preliminary assessment of Jackson's cause of death was due to lethal levels of propofol," according to the Los Angeles search warrant affidavit.

Murray administered propofol and other drugs to Jackson -- at the star's insistence -- to treat his insomnia, but was worried Jackson had developed an addiction and "tried to wean Jackson off of the drug," the affidavit said.

The Jackson family issued a brief statement, saying it "looks forward to the day that justice can be served," but noting it has "full confidence in the legal process."

La Toya Jackson -- the star's sister -- told ABC News that she is "thankful to the investigators for uncovering the truth to the world."

ABC television said La Toya would sit down for an interview with talk show host Barbara Walters on September 11 to explain why she believes her brother was murdered.

The affidavit revealed that Murray confessed to investigators two days after the star died that he had been giving Jackson 50 milligrams of propofol nightly during the six weeks prior to the event that sent shockwaves throughout the world.

On June 22, he halved Jackson's propofol dose to wean him off the drug and also gave two other sedatives -- lorazepam and midazolam.

The following night, he administered the latter two drugs but withheld propofol, and the star was able to sleep. But throughout the next night, Jackson stayed awake.

"Jackson remained awake and at approximately 1040 hours, Murray finally administered 25 milligrams of propofol, diluted with lidocaine via IV drip to keep Jackson sedated, after repeated demands/requests from Jackson," according to the affidavit.

Murray was monitoring Jackson closely, it stated, but then stepped away from his bedside to use the bathroom. When he returned two minutes later, Jackson had stopped breathing.

His attempts to revive him were unsuccessful and the singer was declared dead at about 2:00 pm local time (2100 GMT).

As part of their investigation, police and federal agents raided Murray's offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Houston, Texas, as well as a Las Vegas pharmacy that provided the drugs.

Murray told investigators he was not the first doctor to administer propofol to the King of Pop, who referred to the drug as his "milk," LAPD detective Orlando Martinez wrote in the affidavit, citing the cardiologist.

Medical experts said the cocktail of drugs apparently given to Jackson was extremely dangerous and police would need to determine whether administering it was tantamount to medical negligence.

"If all of these drugs... are also shown, this would be a classical case of acute combined drug toxicity," forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht told CNN.

Jackson is due to be buried at a cemetery in Glendale, California on September 3, his family announced last week. They had originally planned to bury him on August 29 -- the day he would have turned 51.

That should solve all the mystery. And finally, we’ve know what really happened.

Hello readers ! My name is Mandaline. I am going to write about Michael Jackson’s death. He was 50 on June 25, 2009 , the day he died. He was preparing for a series of 50 concerts starting on July 13th. According to Msnbc , Michael Jackson had been spending hours and hours toiling with a team of dancers for a performance.

He had died in UCLA Medical Center. Paramedics tried to resuscitate him at his house for nearly three-quarters of an hour. Doctors continued trying to save him when he reached the hospital. The Los Angeles Times reports that Michael Jackson lived about six minutes from the hospital , but was unresponsive.

Fire Capt. Steve Ruda told CNN paramedics were sent to a west Los Angeles, California, residence after a 911 call came in at 12:21 p.m.

“It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are known,” his brother Jermaine said.

Los Angeles Police Department will be opening an investigation into Michael Jackson’s death. They stated that there is no evidence of any wrongdoing but interviews will still be conducted.

Hello, Cheryl here. I am going to talk about on ‘Does Michael Jackson has skin cancer’. Based on my research, I am going to prove to you all that Michael Jackson indeed has skin cancer. Some pictures taken of him were taken and it shows that his skin has rashes. They’re very obvious even when he used a surgical mask to cover and hide them up.What an epic failure! Check this out! It’s true! Tests showed spots of skin cancer on his body, and cells which could turn to skin cancer on his face. He was at first very concerned, but it was said that he has been assured by the doctors and they can treat this and he will recover. But it seems that he’s already dead because of a certain reason and chances are him being murdered by his personal doctor; but definitely not of his skin cancer.

I’m going to share my points of view of The King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

I personally feel that Michael Jackson’s childhood is full of suffering as his father forced him to start singing at a very younger age, together with his siblings to earn money for his family. His father put him into show business when he was only five years old, and if Michael Jackson makes a mistake during his performance, he will be whipped by his father. He was also often abused by his father with a belt, switch, ironing chord or whatever was handy and once hold him outside down by one of his leg and hitted him on his back and buttocks by hand, and even tripping or pushing his sons into the walls. He stated that he was physically and emotionally abused during incessant rehearsals, whippings, and name-calling, though he credited his father's discipline for his success.
